Tv and Movie reviews reports that the Santa Barbara district attorney claims that the Quaid's defrauded the inn keeper of the $10,000. This is not the 1st arrest warrant issued for the couple and the past arrest warrants have been quashed.
In December the couple was in court for this matter and relased on $40,000 bail. Seeing as the couple has failed to appear and the arrest warrant issued the bail is now forfeited.
