April 15, 2010 - PRLog -- To help local businesses make their training budgets go further, IT and training specialists, Deverill, have introduced a Learning Credits Scheme.

The scheme offers companies who have a training budget available, but have an unspecified timeframe or who are unsure of their training plans for the year, to transfer funds into a Deverill learning credits account to use as and when they are needed. All learning credits are valid for one year and training can be taken on a businesses own premises or at Deverill.

Learning credits can be used against many courses including:
•   On-site training
•   Microsoft technical training
•   Microsoft desktop applications
•   ITIL training
•   PRINCE2 training
•   VMware training
•   Consultancy
•   Business skills
•   Bespoke training packages

Deverill’s CEO, Joel Jervis, said: “Deverill’s learning credits can be used for any employee in a company and are designed to be flexible to fit into any training budget. They give businesses the opportunity to pre-plan their training programmes for the year and ensure that a training budget is protected. Furthermore, the more training credits purchased, the more discount we can offer, so we hope this is seen as a cost effective way to train staff.”
