Ionising Air Cartridges from Static Solutions - For Static Control in Access Restricted Areas

April 14, 2010 - PRLog -- The innovative GO Stat 3000 series DC ionising air cartridge is an ideal static control solution for environments where access is restricted and specialised air nozzles are necessary. Supplied by Static Solutions, these products provide a source of ionised air up to one metre from an air output and are ideal in non-flammable areas for applications such as injection moulding, electronic processing and on assembly lines.

The 3000 series has been designed to alleviate static problems encountered when an existing airline is routed to critical areas. By simply connecting the DC ionising cartridge in-line, a stream of ionising air can be directed to remote or hard to access areas. With its ergonomic design, the cartridges can be easily and non-intrusively installed and its robust construction means that it is suitable for a broad range of applications, even in rugged, industrial environments.

As with all products from Static Solutions, the tungsten emitter points ensure long life and low maintenance. For further cost savings, an air-flow switch option can be incorporated which means the ionisation doesn’t not occur if the airline is idle. The cartridges are powered by the GO Stat 7000 series power supply units, with the ability to power several cartridges from a single supply. Alternatively, the cartridges can be operated independently when connected to a multi-device module. Supplied with 2.5 metres as standard, longer cable lengths are available on request.
