Riverside, California – April 12, 2010 – Leading background check provider, USA-FACT is pleased to announce that Kym Kurey has joined its sales team as Senior Client Executive.
Kym has 11 years of experience in the Employment Screening industry and has a proven track record in sales, quality control, criminal records and compliance. In her new role, she is responsible for new business development of USA-Fact’s hiring solutions, including background checks, substance abuse testing, Electronic I-9, E-Verify, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and more. She will also be responsible for client implementation and system training.

Prior to joining USA-FACT, Kym served for eight years with a national employment screening firm. She was a two‐term co‐chair/chair of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) Member Services Committee and Vice-Chair of the ASIS Privacy and Personal Information Management Council (PPIMC). Kym was also a member of the ASIS Pre-Employment Guidelines Committee, which recently published the second edition of the internationally distributed industry guideline. Kym has been a speaker and panelist at several industry conferences and has published articles in industry-related trade magazines.
