Hale began her career at Bon Appétit Restaurant in 2005 and has been a dedicated, hands-on, reliable employee since. She is the smiling face that greets diners upon arrival at Bon Appétit Restaurant and takes great pride in taking extra special care for each patron. Of the recognition, Hale states: “I am thrilled. I have always felt fortunate to be working at Bon Appétit and continue to learn the most valuable traits of working in such a fine establishment. The owners have always shown the support necessary to run a successful business. I truly believe that one does not achieve success alone, but with a solid team working together and caring about the business.”
Of the trip to Berlin, Hale says, “The trip will be extra special in that I will have the opportunity to stay and visit with hotel owners who visited here last year. I plan to be a real tourist and not miss anything in the time I have.”
Owned and operated for over 30 years by Mr. Peter Kreuziger and Mr. Karl Riedl of Advantus Leisure Management Services, Bon Appétit Restaurant is just one of six properties run by this team of professionals which also includes the Marina Café, Café Alfresco, Yacht Harbor Inn, and Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands.
Of Hales’s recognition, Mr. Peter Kreuziger stated: “Nancy Ellen exemplifies the true spirit of a dedicated, loyal and committed member of our company. She is our Ambassador of public relations in whatever she does or wherever she goes within our city of Dunedin and the beachside communities.”
