Mindfire professionals felicitated in OCA Centre

April 13, 2010 - PRLog -- 2010-04-13 08:03:03 - Bhubaneswar, India: Software professionals from Mindfire Solutions were felicitated at Orissa Computer Academy Centre (OCAC) today in Bhubaneswar, Orissa in the midst of renowned dignitaries for their astounding success in the French language proficiency examination.  The bunch of software professionals were elated when they were invited on stage to share their experiences during the learning process.

Of all Mindfireans who cleared the French exam, Sujata, Surama, Rupesh, Priyadarshi and Sabitree were amongst the people who scored the highest marks in the qualifying examination. Team Lead, Mr. Priyadarshi said, “It is a great feeling and a proud moment for all of us at Mindfire.”

Congratulating the Mindfireans on their success, the Chief guest of the evening, Mr. Alexandre Martinez, Director of Alliance Francaise du Bengale (AFB) stated, “It feels great that organizations like Mindfire are promoting the learning of foreign languages. Understanding of French would not only help employees from a career progression perspective but also the organization as well.”

Mindfire has been investing in its people since inception. Marketing Manager, Mr. Subhendu Pattnaik, commented, “We at Mindfire believe that if we have people who are well versed in various foreign languages, it will be helpful not to understand software requirements because almost all the requirements are in English. We believe investment in foreign languages is important because it gives us a window to learn more about the culture, the way of greeting and the expressions in a foreign country. In the end, we are able to gel well more with the customers. After all, we have pledged for sustained customer delight”.

Mindfire employees are currently undergoing foreign language proficiency training courses in German, Japanese, Chinese and French. With this drive continuously encouraging people, we hope that they would achieve 70-80% people in Mindfire speaking atleast one foreign language in times to come.
