The Phoenix home builder will give away ticket packages every half-hour during its grand opening event at the master-planned Las Brisas in Goodyear. As home buyers tour the four models from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., they can munch on ballpark-style concessions (popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs, etc.) while the younger fans can play in a large bounce house.
Those who win will receive four tickets to the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Philadelphia Phillies game at Chase Field on April 24.
Las Brisas offers a total of eight single-story and seven two-story floor plans with home sizes that run from 1,328 to 3,542 square feet and offer 2 to 6 bedroom floor plans. Prices start from the $100,000s at Las Brisas with inventory homes currently available.
Those who attend the grand opening will receive a coupon good for a $3,500 landscaping package if they purchase their new Taylor Morrison home at Las Brisas before May 31st, 2010.
