Follow on Google News | Ticonderoga Federal Credit Union Challenges Youth to Get in the Savings GameTICONDEROGA, NY – Ticonderoga Federal Credit Union (TFCU) kicks off Youth Savings Week beginning Monday, April 19th.
By: Ticonderoga Federal Credit Union (TFCU) Throughout the week of April 19-24, TFCU invites youth as well as parents/grandparents or guardians of, to engage their children by visiting the Ticonderoga office, Port Henry or Elizabethtown branches. Members under age 18 may enter for a chance to win several prizes including one of three $50 US Savings Bonds. Ten young members from credit unions nationwide will each win $100. Although a deposit is encouraged, it is not required to enter. Additional week-long activities include; sign-up to receive information on Money & Me, TFCU's upcoming teen money management summer course. Free sports-themed gift with deposit (limit one gift per person for the week) as well as a coloring contest for members up to age 12. Contestants in three age groups will be eligible to win a sports-related gift. The coloring sheet as well as financial education materials will be on hand in their lobbies and on their website; www.tfcunow.com/ TFCU offers membership to persons who live, work, worship or attend school in, or businesses or legal entities located in Essex County, Washington County or the Towns of Hague, Horicon and Chester.
