Dager said, "Though we have decorated and completed many residential makeovers to include a Fort Wayne Parade of Home, we never have staged a house before. It was an experience for us and a total different way of looking at our house. The first thing we did was organize a pre-moving sale before the open house. This significantly reduced the amount of clutter and not only will our home show better but it allows buyers a better opportunity to evaluate the home."
This pre-moving sale will take place on April 15th and 16th, Thursday – 8 AM to 6 PM, Friday – 8 AM to 4 PM. It includes a 400 Bottle Refrigerated Wine Cellar, Piano, Sauna, Sofa, Pit Group, Ping-Pong Table, Dining room set, Treadmill, Bose Speakers, Stereo Components, Patio and Sunroom Furniture and many other items. "We cleaned house and I was amazed at all the "Big Boy" toys my husband had collected," added Dager.
