Jim and Elaine Mills, owners of The Basket Tree Florist, developed the idea for the Prom 2010 pages after talking to many high school students that wanted something that was as unique and special for their prom flowers.  The program has been very enthusiastically received by the students.  They are now calling The Basket Tree Florist and scheduling “design consultation” appointments to work with the staff and describe exactly what they want.  The staff enjoys this new trend as well.   Elaine Mills comments, “ I just love to talk with the girls and have them describe what they want.
