Smoot Plastic Surgery Practice Welcomes Reza Sadrian, MD

April 9, 2010 - PRLog -- La Jolla, CA----Reza Sadrian, MD, has accepted an appointment to the plastic surgery practice of Wendell Smoot, MD, and John Smoot, MD, as a member of their medical team in response to demand for additional services of their growing clientele.  Dr. Sadrian has over 16 years of extensive training and is only one of a few plastic surgeons in the country dually certified in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery as well as Plastic and Reconstructive surgery.  He has been in practice in San Diego, CA, for ten years and brings a broad range of skills and highly qualified expertise to the team.

Dr. Sadrian completed his medical degree at Eastern Virginia and his doctorate of dental surgery at University of Washington, Seattle.  He finished his training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at John Hopkins and University of Maryland including the Maryland Shock trauma in Baltimore.  Following his general surgery training in Seattle, he went on to complete his plastic surgery training at Baylor College of Medicine located within the Texas Medical Center in Houston, the largest medical center worldwide.  Dr. Sadrian is trained in all aspects of facial and body plastic surgery procedures as well as microsurgery (for both cancer and trauma reconstruction), peripheral nerve surgery, hand surgery, craniofacial surgery and pediatric plastic surgery.
