PRLog -- Soquel, CA – Daschunds will be featured at the Spring Dog Festival in a run for the roses. Coastal Dog Owners hosts the annual event in May and is looking for daschunds to participate in the Doxie Dash Race. Dogs must be dog and human friendly and owners will need to bring a family member or friend to let the dog go at the start line. The owners will call the dog from the finish line. Pre-registered dogs will be arranged by height for mini and standard sizes. Doxie winners will be eligible to compete for Best In Show. Coastal Dog Owners group has supported responsible dog ownership and a stronger human/canine bond through their training events, workshops, community clean up days and annual spring parade since 1999. C‐DOG is a 501c3 non‐profit organization run by all volunteers who seek to improve lives for pet dogs and adoptable dogs. The Spring Dog Festival is a benefit that has raised thousands of dollars for dogs in need and for educating kids about animals.
