BoardSuite® Corp. Secures Investment from China Select Capital Partners Corp.

April 08 2010 -TORONTO, ON - BoardSuite® Corp. ("BoardSuite") is pleased to announce the closing of a subscription agreement with China Select Capital Partners Corp. The investment will allow BoardSuite to execute on its business strategy to acquire targeted corporate and financial service providers to integrate into the on-demand board portal.
