Brightpoint and Tracker Security Enter Distribution Agreement

April 8, 2010 – Plainfield, Indiana, USA and Espoo, FINLAND – Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELL) and Tracker Security announced today they have entered a distribution agreement covering CIS countries, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia.  According to the terms of the agreement Brightpoint will distribute and support Tracker Security’s ReadyLarm, LoneLocator, SeniorLocator and Celcare Senior solutions.  

Tracker Security’s solutions provide a new and innovative approach to personal security, home and asset protection using the ever expanding cellular network to send alarms and status information.  Brightpoint is the world’s largest mobile solution distributor offering quick, flexible and cost-effective value added services to move products to market.
