Fundraising Account Distribution Report

While Raiser’s Edge provides over a hundred built-in reports, many organizations feel limited and confused in how the data is presented. DataWebFlex determines organizations needs for custom reports based on their fundraising goals. Reconciliation between a fundraising office and a business office is an important step for any non-profit institution. DataWebFlex has created custom fundraising account distribution reports for its clients that help them in this process. This sample Account Distribution Report (http://www.datawebflex.com/resources/81-account-distribut...) presents detailed information about gifts received during a specified period of time. It includes batch, GL date, payment method, donor’s name, GL account numbers, fund name and amount. Data is exported into a one-to-many relationship file and is grouped by fund type. The report was created with Crystal Reports. Users can run this report through the Custom Report section of Raiser’s Edge.
