April 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Brooklyn, NY native Von Sway and his single “Here I Am” will be featured in the Reverse Interview on The KiKi Miller Report which broadcasts on World Vibe Radio (www.worldviberadio.com) Monday, April 12, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. CST with rebroadcasts at the same time on Wednesday and Friday, April 14 and 16, 2010.

Twenty-one year old Von Sway is rapidly gaining national attention.  Offering a total package of good looks, great singing, writing and composing skill backed by a comprehensive network of dedicated professionals, Von Sway’s debut album “Are U Ready” is available through both bricks and clicks retail and has established him as a video artist on BET’s 106 and Park, both strong accomplishments for a debut album on an independent label.

Influenced by R&B, hip-hop, jazz, classical, soul, and rock music, this accomplished pianist and guitarist has worked with an impressive roster of performers including Wyclef Jean, Bilal, Doctor Ice of UTFO, Force MDs, K.O. Lition, DJ Big Kap, DJ Snatch-1, Maino, Team Blackout, O’Neil McKnight, Darnel ‘Juice’ Robinson, Zieme, MelSoulTree, Rainah, Melanie Fiona, DJ Web Star and Jason Fox.  The producers for his album, C. Roq and Khaliq, have previously produced songs for Pattie Labelle, Tyrese, Ruff Endz, Trick Daddy, Trina, J-Shin and Latasha Scott.  His record label, Brothers and Sisters LLC, was formed by the four children of Charles and Helen Harrison who grew up in a musical household starting their career as a family band.  Their dedication to the success of this artist can be seen in his 15 page media kit that includes a long list of exposure opportunities on stage, radio and the Internet.

Although primarily a hip-hop album, “Are U Ready” mixes in seasoning from Von Sway’s other musical influences starting with the rock inspired “Intro,” the techno-pop inspired “Caught Up,” a musical “Interlude” that could have come straight from an epic romance, and the bonus track “I Wish U Would” a solid contender for the pop/rock market.  The featured song “Here I Am” is an infectious dance song that could easily achieve charting and certification success if in rotation on major radio stations, which is unfortunately difficult to achieve with an independent label behind the music.  But if anyone can do it, Von Sway can.
