Follow on Google News | HMO property owners should check letting agents can manageShared housing owners should make sure they have a watertight agreement with their managers and letting agents to avoid breaching their HMO licences.
By: Property Investment Expert Information revealed in a Communities and Local Government document about HMO licensing reports many letting agents merely find tenants and collect rents and are not ‘fit and proper’ licensed persons that the law states should manage shared housing.
