April 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Peter CLARKE believes the most  fundamental responsibility of Metro Councilors is
to control spending, by operating within annual revenues as taxpayers themselves do on a monthly and yearly  basis.

In this regard alone incumbent  council members  have failed the voters of Toronto for 13 years or longer.

These failed fiscal policies of borrow, spend, tax and  grasping for more taxing powers and handouts from the province, of our outgoing mayor supported by the majority of incumbent councillors have proven to be fiscally irresponsible.

Time for Meaningful Change within the Community  at City Hall by the people in 2010.

Tell me Toronto Renters, Condo and Homeowners and Business people has your income increased 64.28% or even increased annually by twice the rate of inflation since 2003?

TORONTO is OUR CITY, YOUR VOTE, OUR FUTURE TOGETHER. So VOTE, Do It on October 25, 2010, You Will Like It,
