Marion, Ohio-based Marion Industries, a division of Ernie Green Industries, is a Tier One supplier to Honda of America and specializes in suspension component assemblies which consist of fastening and press applications.
PleXML validates the status of assemblies prior to packaging as a finished good, ensuring the quality of all packed parts and assemblies. PleXML coordinates with a custom data collection solution to ensure a flawless poka-yoke process – a Japanese term used in lean manufacturing which refers to “mistake-proofing”
