-   Kat Expl Inc(KATX)- KAT Exploration Inc. announced on Monday that it has accepted the drill contract tender from Cabo Drilling to initiate a drill program of its Handcamp property in Newfoundland during the second week of May 2010. KAT plans to drill a minimum of 15 holes for a minimum of 1200 meters. However, if drilling results continue to prove successful the number of holes and meters will be extended to determine the significance of the discovery.

-   Lighthouse Petroleum Inc(LHPT)- Lighthouse Petroleum, Inc. is announced on Tuesday that the shareholders  it has finalized the Wyoming drilling locations. The two initial well locations have been spotted and surveyed on the 3,300 Gross Acres located within the prolific Wind River Basin. Surveying, for both the was completed within the month of March so that all necessary drilling permits can be submitted to the Bureau of Land Management within the next several weeks. The two initial locations are located within the Northern Section which has been the subject of the company's interest due to the potential of an existing stratigraphic trap, as based on the Diamond Springs 3rd party geological assessment as well the geosening satellite imagery that was commissioned by LHPT's other working interest partner.
