Vancouver – Don't let frustration on the golf course get the better of you this season. Prepare now for your best game yet with MFit's Golf Course. This 6 week group fitness course will run from April 28th to June 2nd once a week and will have you crushing your opponents in no time!
Taking place Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:30pm the one hour class will go over golf specific exercises and techniques. This program is designed to help improve your swing, increase flexibility and get you golf fit for the season. One session taking place at UBC with the assistance of a golf pro and five sessions at Momentum Fitness the comprehensive course will teach you how you can take your game to the next level.
