The arrangement is aimed at aligning Equinox’s capabilities in manufacturing and logistics with Sano Scientific’s sales force. This initiative will increase market share visibility of both Equinox Chemicals and Sano Scientific. Equinox Chemical will be the primary supplier for products replacing Acros as the primary source through the distribution channel of Sano Scientific. The end goal of this initiative is to create a U.S. and global competitor to the Acros Organics line through pricing contracts and leveraging of business through combined efforts and sales distribution and manufacturing.
