Schaper has over 12 years experience in commercial lending on both the credit and sales sides of the business. She has worked in the San Diego/Inland Empire lending market for over 10 years and has secured financing for many small businesses in the region over that time. She has a consultative sales approach and uses her credit training and experience to provide custom solutions to even the most complicated transactions.
Schaper has an MBA from West Texas A&M and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Davidson College. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Schaper was a 4 year starter on an NCAA Division I soccer team.
