With a passion for pastries and devilish desserts, Chef Artor will tempt and entice diners at Taste with an irresistible array of sweet treats from 20 – 30th April.  

Chef Artor will enhance the outstanding gourmet buffet at Taste with his wonderfully creative desserts, chocolates and pastries.  Inspired to become a chef after reading about the legendary Georges Escoffier, Chef Artor embarked on his culinary career soon after leaving school.

“I trained at the prestigious Culinary Arts Institute in Los Angeles,” say Chef Artor. “It was here that I realized that I could express my passion and creativity best with pastry.”

After graduation he worked at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California where he began developing a personal approach to pastries and desserts, drawing inspiration from the arts and experimenting with flavours and colours.  

“The greatest challenge for a pastry chef is to continually strive to be innovative,” asserts Chef Artor.  “During my residency at Taste, diners can enjoy finely finished and flavourful desserts which combine both Eastern and Western influences.”

The stunning selection will include many of Chef Artor’s favourite chocolate desserts, his signature edible artworks, and much more.. “I also highly recommend that guests try the crème brûlée with seasonal fruits – simply heavenly,” says the master chef. Chef Artor will be present at Taste’s S-shaped dessert station every day during the promotion to introduce guests to his heavenly creations.

Taste’s delicious buffet featuring Chef Artor’s divine desserts will be the same price as usual.  Diners can experience the special selection of desserts and pastries at Taste from 20-30th April. The exquisite buffet lunch is priced at Baht 790++ for lunch and Baht 1,100++ for dinner.
