Apr. 11, 2010 - Pamela McBride has served military families personally and professionally for nineteen years. In her current position she serves as a Well-Being Program Specialist for the corporate headquarters of the Army by monitoring, evaluating and shaping policy of programs that are a part of a broad system of support services for soldiers and their families. She has also provided program management of Child, Youth & School Services, Army Family Team Building and Army Family Action Plan as a contractor to the Army Reserve as well as provided extensive individual career counseling and countless career management workshops during her more than fourteen years of experience in the career counseling field.
She shares her insight on professional, education, and personal development, as well as topics dealing with military life.
Her most recent professional accomplishments occurred while her husband was on his second deployment. Despite the challenges of working full-time, having extensive business travel, freelance writing, and being the only parent at home while her husband was in Iraq for fifteen months, she co-authored two books.
