April 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Completely remodeled in warm earthtones, with custom built wine shelves and antique furnishings and accessories, Food and Beverage Director Julie Mulisano has stocked the Chef’s Table’s shelves with unique wines from all over the world not available locally.

In addition, the shop will house a new exclusive dining option for groups from 4-8, the Chef’s Table.  By advance reservation only, guests can enjoy a 5-7 course “Chef’s Choice” menu planned especially for them by Executive Chef Chad Lavely.  Alternately, guests can request the Chef’s Table Seasonal Prix Fixe Menu.  Mulisano will assist guests in planning wine pairings for each course.

Lavely and Mulisano are also planning to add artisan bread and pastries once the wine shop is established.

Dining at the Chef’s Table is by reservation only.  To request reservations, please call the Granville Inn at 740-587-3333.
