Strachan, who has held positions from systems analyst to project manager to CIO, has more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience. Gillis specializes in EMR/EHR strategies, and Kapur specializes in the finance and strategy, as well as healthcare and IT. These IT executives represent a not-for-profit institution, teaching hospital and an integrated managed care organization, respectively.
