Kotak Mahindra Bank switches to Talentpool Enterprise, the flagship product of Pune-based Nitman Software to efficiently handle direct applicants, web applications, employee referrals and internal job postings on a single platform. Kotak was using a combination of various software application, tools and manual processes.
