With a refined branding strategy, new art and full of optimism, Tara Reed sets her sights on SURTEX success. 2010 marks the sixth year Tara Reed Designs has exhibited at SURTEX and each year has been better than the last. The show will be held at the Jacob Javitz Convention Center in New York City, May 16-18, 2010.
Reed attributes her show results to several factors: watching and adapting to shifts in the art licensing industry, always coming through for her clients and treating them as partners in her business and fine-tuning the art that does well for her in the marketplace. Even in a tough economy, the 2009 show proved to be her best to date.
“Art licensing is about creating art for products, to help them sell at the retail level.” Reed begins. “While the end consumer must relate to my art, my first client is the manufacturer who has to please the retailer. It takes time to figure out how to keep all those levels happy.”
Through careful attention to feedback and input from her clients, Tara Reed Designs comes to SURTEX with an even clearer vision of what they bring to the marketplace. “The art that does the best for me is fun and somewhat sassy. I have become known for a prolific range of art themes and adding humorous sayings to many of my collections.”
Tara Reed Designs will be in booth #613 of the SURTEX show. To schedule an appoint to talk with the artist directly or to inquire about licensing the art of Tara Reed Designs, email us at licensing@TaraReedDesigns.com.
