James Burke Joins Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP as Partner

April 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Boston, MA – Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is pleased to announce that James R. Burke has joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate and Business Law Group in the Boston office.

Formerly a Partner at WilmerHale, Jim brings over 18 years of experience in corporate and business law to the firm.  He has worked with a number of public and private clients, including investment banks, venture capital firms and several high-technology companies. Jim has also been involved in various transactions in the corporate and securities field, including numerous mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings and private placements.

Jim received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he received his J.D.
