IAQ Video Network
The IAQ Video Network is the industry's portal for news and information about all the industries related to indoor air quality and the air we breathe. It was launched a month ago by the indoor air quality (IAQ) industry’s only dedicated marketing and public relations firm, Cochrane & Associates, LLC.
The online video network brings news, instructional videos, corporate promotions and other video content to IAQ, HVAC, industrial hygiene, environmental and other industry professionals as well as the general public. It can be found at www.IAQTV.com.
The IAQ Video Network decided to produce its second conference video at the Environmental Information Associations 27th Annual Conference and Expo that took place this week in Austin, Texas. Established in 1983 as the National Asbestos Council, its multidisciplinary membership now includes engineers, architects, attorneys, trainers, consultants, contractors, building managers and owners, industrial hygienists, physicians, government and military personnel, laboratories, equipment manufacturers and others.
This year’s event was made up of hundreds of members from across the country. The EIA is famous for their tight knit group that makes for excellent networking and interacting with peers. There were a number of informative sessions covering everything from the new lead regulations to investigating vapor intrusion. In the exhibit hall vendors showed EIA members the latest technologies to help them tackle their daily responsibilities of protecting people from environmental hazards.
