Limo Call Service was a “Virtual Call Center Solution” developed to provide customer service for small to large sized limousine companies. Xzilerating Connexions used the acquisition of Limo Call Service as a stepping stone to provide quality customer service and sales support for the limousine industry. The acquisition involved Xzilerating Connexions taking over 15 accounts leading to handling 450 to 600 calls a day in the Xzilerating Connexions’ Jacksonville, NC contact center on the behalf of various limousine companies across the nation.
Since the acquisition Xzilerating Connexions’ representatives have become proficient in working in popular limousine reservation management software such as Limo Anywhere limousine software. “Xzilerating Connexions also plans to apply advanced call center technology to the Limo Call Service solution such as building affordable “in-house”
Xzilerating Connexions is actively seeking to expand its presence in the limousine industry by providing additional small to large sized limousine companies with top-shelf customer service.
