Bahrain Youth And Sports Organization Appoints Mamemo Productions For Sports Recognition Event.

March 31, 2010 - PRLog -- 31.March 2010 , UAE – UAE-based event management company mamemo productions has recently been appointed to create a one of a kind event concept  for the annual celebration and athlete’s recognition event for the General Organization for Youth and Sports (GOYS) on 21st of April 2010 at the National Action Charter Monument.

The appointment was marked by a special signing ceremony on the 15th of March between the President of GOYS, HE Sheikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa and mamemo productions Managing & Creative Director Sam Katiela.

The annual recognition event will be attended by His Majesty the King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, The Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, and The Crown Prince His Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa along with leading sports, political, and community leaders.

For this high profile event, mamemo productions will create a new event concept which will fuse innovative visual storytelling and the latest in show technologies to create a spectacle that will capitalize on the design of the Monument. The concept designed by Director Katiela includes the following elements:
•   Full event concept and technical design
•   Conceptualization, production, and execution of show concept
o   Customized screens integrated into the design of the Monument
o   Full HD production of show concept in leading edge real time 3D animation
•   Conceptualization and production of Symphony of Light
•   Conceptualization and production of Symphony of Fire
•   Conceptualization and production of Symphony of Pyro
•   Top of the line digital audio and lighting technologies
•   Coordination of event flow, including the awarding ceremony
•   Stage management and coordination with all elements, including the parade of 500 athletes
•   Production of 2 specially commissioned music
•   Analog and digital supply of broadcast-ready program mix

Speaking on the occasion, Director Katiela said “This event represents an honor to mamemo productions because, unlike most of our projects which we gained through a bidding process, the GOYS annual event came as a direct official appointment.
