We start with the Pacuare River Rafting trip. You will pass through gorgeous scenery while navigating this fun and challenging river. When the day is done you will be whisked away to La Fortuna and the mighty Arenal Volcano.
Arenal is listed as one of the top 20 most active volcanoes in the world and the most active in all of Central America. Hike through El Silencio Park and later soak your travel weary body in the Hot Springs of Tabacon Thermal Resort, enjoy dinner and gather your strength for coming days.
From Arenal we cross over lake Arenal by boat to the Magical Cloud Forests of Monteverde, a delicate eco system above the clouds. While visiting you again will test your sense of adventure, Skytram & Skytrek... The Sky Trek is a system of seven platforms suspended above the ground in the midst of tree boughs. Zip lines attached from one platform to another will allow you to slide with the use of special equipment.
In Sky Tram explore the world famous Cloud Forest of Monteverde in a 5,249 foot ride that would lead you up to Costa Rica Continental Divide.
This trip continues down toward the Pacific coast and the Carara Biological Station / Agujitas Beach area. Sea Kayaking along the intricate coastline you will get some of your last visions of Costa Rica, and will already be planning your next trip back.
