FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Mar 29, 2010 -
(Baltimore, MD) March 2010 — Tyrone D. Taborn, publisher, announced the Women of Color (WOC) magazine 2010 Top Women in Finance. According to Taborn, "These top performing financial executives have made a great impact on shaping America’s future financial status. "

"During the recent financial times, these women took command and become part of the solution that is revitalizing America’s financial industry."

These women work within organizations whose activities are primarily focused on commercial or retail banking - including banks, and bank-owned subsidiaries, divisions, or groups. They were chosen at the discretion of WOC editors, based on a range of qualitative and quantitative information, strong commitment to their communities, leadership as role models for young and upcoming leaders and senior status within their organizations.

The Top Women in Finance will be featured in the spring edition of the Women of Color magazine in June 2010 and they will be honored on Friday, October 29, 2010 during the 15th Women of Color in Technology and Business Awards Conference at the Sheraton in Dallas, TX.
