Beginning as a 2 person operation over 30 years ago, Capitol Credit Services, Inc. has successfully grown to a staff of 18 employees and 2 offices. Our offices are equipped with state of the art technology and staffed with certified collectors to effectively handle all of your collection needs. Scott Spinella son of the owner Matthew Spinella is responsible for all sales and marketing.
CAPITOL CREDIT SERVICES, INC. are members in good standing with ACA International, Seaboard Collectors Association (SCA), Healthcare Client Services Program (HCSP), and the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce. We are licensed, bonded and insured in all areas required. Limits of these policies available upon request.
