March 28, 2010 - PRLog -- My good friend went on to state that the voters do not care about policies, just name recognition.

Negatives and personal attacks would come out of my renewed attempts to serve the people of Toronto/North York!

This set me back a bit. However when one considers that 66% of the resident taxpayers did NOT vote in our municipal election of 2006, Toronto has a serious  election problem and is leaving the decisions of the city in the control of 34% of the residents..

We cannot build our city into a world class city when only 34% of our taxpayers and residents get involved with democracy!

The same old unsustainable policies of incumbent councillors of spend, tax , borrow and then passing the debt on to a generation of young adults and their future children by budgeting gimmicks are fiscally irresponsible.

Incumbents have had more than 12 years, some over 20 and NO Change, No Common Sense Accounting or budgeting process.

Peter Clarke has the enthusiasm, energy of passion and determination to ensure that the future is ours together through common sense and with the people’s common goals.
