installation and pool Products Company strongly urges customers to use alternatives as they plan pool openings.
The company made this decision in 2009 after weighing a number of factors, from employee and customer safety to the availability of alternatives in bulk. The company
is reminding the public of alternatives now in order to recommend purchasing alternative products in bulk for the best possible savings.
Water World recommends Shock Plus, Zap and Oxy Pro. Except for Oxy Pro, these products are not free of chlorine. Instead, they allow for safer handling and storage
than simple, bulk liquid chlorine. For example, Shock Plus possesses virtually unlimited shelf life under proper storage.
“This represents a slightly greater price investment but that can be mitigated by planning now and preparing to purchase in bulk,” said Water World’s Kim Tarrington.
“You’ll be pleased with the results and will avoid many of the annoyances and hazards of dealing with liquid chlorine.”
