Craig explains: “I have always been keen to give back to the community and have done other activities in the past to raise money but this is by far the scariest thing I’ve done. I’ve raised over £240 so it has definitely been worth it!
“Since starting my Apprenticeship with esg I have gained so much confidence in both my work and personal life. I now have the skills to make a real impact on the business.”
Craig’s work-based learning takes place at educational furniture specialist Seatable UK Ltd where he has been employed for three years. Since embarking on his Apprenticeship Craig has been promoted first to Warehouse Foreman & Progress Admin Chaser - a vital position within the company.
Seatable UK enjoys a successful partnership with esg and over the years the two organisations have worked together to help young people improve their lives through skills development.
Craig’s Manager Ray Kay, Head of Operations Manager, Seatable UK Ltd has nothing but praise for Craig and the value of his Apprenticeship:
“The progress that Craig has made in such a short time has been fantastic. I can now rely on him to solve complex problems and meet the needs of our customers, he is a vital member of the team and I can see that he is putting his skills to practice in the field”.
