As the company experienced a rapid growth at international level, also a new product line has been introduced and will serve the increasing demand for managed email security solutions worldwide. The website is available in 8 different languages.
In the past 2 years, the email security firm SpamExperts experienced a rapid growth. With a quickly expanding customer-base, the need for advanced and improved product-management, billing, support and related questions arose. SpamExperts opted for WHMCS for all backend activities and launched it together with the new website last Monday.
The continuous improvements of the inhouse developed software as well as listening closely to customers' wishes resulted in a number of new products. “To differentiate a company, you have to be aware of the fast changing market and its needs”, according to Nils Decker, Marketing Director at SpamExperts. “By developing our own software we are able to adapt fast and in line with our customers' wishes without being dependent upon external suppliers.
