The Glass Doctor® of Nashville franchise now owned by Bill Rotert has re-opened and is ready to “fix your panes!”
Glass Doctor of Nashville offers mobile residential, automotive, and commercial glass services. Located at 1016 8th Ave. S., the showroom and shop are open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. – noon, Saturday. Emergency service is available after regular business hours.
“Glass Doctor has had a strong presence in Nashville for 25 years, and we’re excited to continue that legacy,” Bill Rotert said. “We now have a new shop, new management, and a more accessible location so we can offer our customers excellent service.”
Upon purchasing the franchise, Rotert and General Manager Tim Herman attended the most in-depth training in the glass services industry, a 10-day training course on the latest glass repair technology, customer service techniques and marketing methods held at the Glass Doctor University Training Center in Waco, Texas. Rotert has been in the Nashville area for more than 25 years and is the former owner of Xpert Sign Supply of Tennessee, a sign distribution business.
