Camp begins in June in two girl-specific day camps and one girl-specific resident camp in New Jersey.
Summer Day Camp Programs: CAMP DEWITT, Sourland Mountains Hillsborough, NJ (One week sessions run from June 28 - August 13) • THE OVAL, South Mountain Reservation, Maplewood, NJ (One week sessions run from July 5 - August 13)
(Transportation is available).
Resident Camp Program: Camp Hoover, Middleville, NJ (One week sessions run from July 11 - August 21)
A variety of programs and sessions are available to meet the interests and needs of all girls. Activities include hiking, swimming, weekly field trips, overnight camping, and Girl Scout badge work among many other activities in a safe supervised atmosphere. Each week is jam packed with different with activities such as: CSI, Mad Science, Outdoor Fun, Sports, and Cooking. Girl Scout Summer Camp has many benefits: all girl environments focused on the needs of girls, professional trained Girl Scout facilitators, low staff camper ratios, activities divided by age-level with educational programs, safe, secure, camp grounds, and CPR/First Aid certified camp staff who have passed a background check.
Girl Scout Camp is open to all girls 5 - 17 years old. Girl Scouts and non- Girl Scouts are welcome to attend.
