Forex signals are a set of analysis that a currency trader uses to determine a buy or sell decision of currency pairs at any given time point. It essentially is a manual trading system that could be based on technical analysis tools or news based events. By technical analysis it means buy and sell decisions are based on a multitude of trading signals that work to create a buy or sell recommendation. These are various algorithms written for the signal provider. Some signals services are free, others require a membership fee and or are developed by traders themselves. Some forex trading signals information services provide a free trial.
The signals system still involves a trader sitting at the screen and waiting for a trade recommendation to be made. In some cases forex trading signals require decisions to be made and in some cases success of the system is also dependant upon the traders accuracy of inputting the order.
