The Global Market Series-Export Certification, an award winning seven part series presented by industry experts and certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce, will be available by webinar/seminar and will feature Rick Schulze, SBA Regional Manager for International Trade Programs at the U.S. Export Assistance Center (USEAC). He will be speaking April 15th and address topics regarding SBA loan opportunities and services offered to exporters. Attendees can participate in person or via webinar.
Rick Schulze, Regional Manager for International Trade Programs, for the Texas works out of the United States Export Assistance Center (USEAC), in Grapevine, Texas. He is a Trade Finance Specialist and Senior International Trade Credit officer. Mr. Schulze has worked in Trade Finance with the SBA for over 10 years. He handles SBA’s specialty loan programs designed to assist American exporters by providing them with working capital to perform on export transactions and/or finance their existing foreign receivables.
The full Export Certificate Program seminar series covers the steps in the export process with a strong emphasis on compliance. The Export Certificate Program welcomes other leading industry experts on related topics including: identifying public resources available to assist in country research and financing; learning the government agencies role in export procedures; mandatory compliance requirements regarding such topics as licensing and record keeping requirements and penalties; becoming familiar with non U.S. regulations and compulsory marks; the basics of international payment procedures; and how to work with your customs broker and freight forwarder to navigate the logistics and documentation maze.
