Authenticated items signed by Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim, Duke's Mike Krzyzewski and many other coaches and star athletes are among the sports memorabilia available during the “Coaches vs. Cancer” Auction at Steiner Sports, now through April 5. Most proceeds benefit the charity, a collaboration between the American Cancer Society and National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).
Other college basketball coaches who contributed signed items include Mike Anderson (Missouri), Tony Bennett (Virginia), George Blaney (Connecticut assistant), Bobby Cremins (Charleston)
Superstars Derek Jeter, Tom Seaver and Larry Bird also have pieces in the auction, which can be found at http://www.steinersports.com.
"Steiner Sports is proud of our relationship with 'Coaches vs. Cancer' and to support a tremendous cause," said Steiner CEO Brandon Steiner. "Our college focus with a variety of partnerships including Syracuse and Alabama is an important part of our brand."
Each item comes complete with a Letter of Authenticity directly from Coaches vs. Cancer and the American Cancer Society.
