DETROIT, Mich., – Information Systems Resources (ISR), a minority-owned Information Technology sales, service, security and recycling and remarketing company, has received the prestigious “Diverse Supplier Achievement Award – Minority Business Enterprise” from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM). The award honors women and minority-owned businesses who supply products and services to the Blues as well as employee efforts to diversify business procurement. ISR’s achievements were highlighted recently at an annual award event held at BCBSM’s downtown Detroit headquarters. ISR was one of only 11 companies or individuals that were recognized for their accomplishments. Luther Elliott, ISR President and CEO, accepted the award.

The Diverse Supplier Achievement Award is presented to a diverse supplier who demonstrates excellent customer loyalty through the delivery of products or services; proactively keeps BCBSM informed of all industry developments;

ISR received the award because they not only achieve the highest levels of quality, cost and delivery, but recognize the diverse cultures, values, and ideas of the individuals they employ.
