PRLog (Press Release) - Mar 23, 2010 -
The JackClamp parallel bar clamp by AlphaClamp is now available with an array of accessories, which increase the versatility of the tool. The first accessory is a "foot attachment" that converts the JackClamp into a freestanding clamp or jack, which acts like a second pair of hands. This attachment is beneficial for one-man installation of cabinets or shelves. Removing any one of the existing cushion pads and sliding the attachments on easily install all of these accessories.
The "spreader jaw" attachment allows the user to spread a project as narrow as one-quarter inch or as wide as 36 inches. This attachment is unique for disassembling antique furniture for refinishing without marring any of the wood or it can be used to ease the assembly of deck boards for a professional look. Engineer Brian Killian says, " Our spreader jaws are heat treated alloy that will withstand all of the jacking or clamping forces created by the JackClamp." Brian also states that by turning the bars around our spreader attachment allows the JackClamp to clamp up to 36 inches. This feature has been requested by many of our satisfied customers. For more information go to http://www.jackclamp.com.
The third accessory available at this time is an attachment called a V-Jaw. The precision engineering of the V-jaw attachment allows the JackClamp to securely clamp two pieces of pipe or round stock of any kind together for welding, drilling or cutting. This attachment, coupled with the superior clamping ability of the JackClamp hand tool, is unparallel in the hand tool market. Brian Killian said "Our customers email or contact us frequently with stories of the unique uses they have found for our attachments. We at Lowell Thomas Tool believe that these attachments are only limited by the users imagination." All of these accessories come with the same customer satisfaction guarantee as that of the JackClamp. For a free instructional video and purchasing information contact us at http://www.jackclamp.com
