For the first time, nearly 20 French companies demonstrating the vitality of a sector whose key words are innovation, organic products and traceability will be attending the Suppliers' Day trade show in Edison, New Jersey, from May 11 and 12, 2010. Recent changes have been focused on marine and natural vegetal active agents, in applications ranging from makeup colors to UV filter improvements, new eco-certifiable fragrances, emulsifiers, surface active agents (surfactants)
Vegetal extracts, butter and vegetal oils are in the spotlight, together with marine flora products among the exhibitors on the French Pavilion:

- LABORATOIRE SONIAM: creates, produces and distributes organic plant extracts as well as organic vegetal and marine active ingredients. In addition, anti-aging, moisturizing pure juice from young shoots.
- LABORATOIRES PROVENDI: develops and manufactures liquid soap made from saponifiable vegetal oil (copra, palm, olive, etc.) and liquid, ECOCERT-certified organic soap. Provendi works for private labels - www.provendi.net

- PACIFIC COSMETICS: supplies natural products and essential oils made from plants, fruit and Appellation-
- PARFUMERIE TIKI: certified ISO:9001, listed by REACH as a supplier of Appellation-
- PERLES DE GASCOGNE: Extracts and markets virgin bitter-almond-
- SACI-CFPA: supplies raw materials for the cosmetics industry, including a number originating from "green chemistry." A large amount of products are ECOCERT-certified - www.saci-cfpa.com
