EB Nutrition believes that ‘a healthy workforce is a productive workforce’ and is the inspiration behind their Corporate Wellness Program. EB Nutrition will work with small businesses or corporation to make sure health and vitality are part of their employee culture. The wellness coaches of EB Nutrition will work to set goals, provide feedback, and give employees the information and support they need to live and work in optimal health.
EB Nutrition's Corporate Wellness Programs include: Nutrition Seminars, Weight Loss Coaching Classes, Group & Individual Nutritional Prescriptions, Staff Wellness Evaluations and Stress Management Counseling. Their corporate clients have included: AARP, NASA, Library of Congress, Marriott International and Susan G. Komen Foundation.
EB Nutrition, founded in 2003 by Elizabeth Blumberg, believes in the medicinal healing power of food and nutrients. A holistic nutrition practice, they specialize in diets, weight loss, chronic fatigue, adrenal stress index (ASI) testing and preventive wellness plans.
Elizabeth Blumberg, RD, LN, CPT - Elizabeth earned her degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University. She specializes in preventative and therapeutic nutritional programs. Elizabeth has been featured on NBC, named in Washingtonian Magazine as one of the top dietitians in the DC-metropolitan area, and featured in People Magazine.
