Do You Have The Success Formula

March 22, 2010 - PRLog -- These 3 success questions which Marc has listed below will assistant you on reaching your unique goals, in life, with your relationship, your investments, your business, anything that is really important to you. I believe you will find these questions, refreshing and hopefully life changing. What I will guarantee is that this is not complicated and it is not difficult, but it will work.

There are basically 3 questions and as we cover each one rate yourself with 5 being the best and 1 needs great improvement.

O.K. lets go to the first question....

Have you got a specific game plan for financial success, something that drives you, ideas that motivate you, something that will assist you in your life goals. You've got to get passionate about this, whether that will be a subject idea ,project something that gets your juices going. Along with this write your vision statement out, all of this is your first step. Now rate yourself between 1-5 on this.

Have you made a real commitment with this? Have you surrounded yourself with experts in the field? Do you have a mastermind group? This is a great topic from Napoleon Hills book Think And Grow Rich. Developing a mastermind group which will help you with your commitment , and really building this the best way possible, again rate yourself on a 1-5 scale.

How persistent are you willing to be? How willing and dedicated are you going to be to make the next 5 years of your life to make this one thing happen? Again rate yourself on a 1-5 scale.

So lets see how you did, hopefully you had a subject that you are passionate about, something you are working hard on. Add your scores up.

Now if you scored 15 the perfect score on these questions, you have arrived, your clicking, even if you have not had the success that you have in this endeavor what ever that may be you are bound to have it, its going to happen.

If you have scored between 13-14, you are close to arriving, you are definitely on the right track, you may need some improving in each of the areas but you probably already know what those are. At least now you can define them and work on those specific areas until you are a 5 on this specific step.

If your score is between 9-12, your probably in the right area, you are probably passionate on what you are working on, you simply need to recommit.

Now if you have scored below 9 then frankly you may need to rediscover what your real passion is, what area you can really work in that is really going to get you really motivated for success, then you are going to make the commitment to getting your life recontacted starting today. A good way to do this is to begin a selection of partnerships again for a mastermind group, the people you surround yourself with, are they better than you? On a 1-5 scale again you are rating your friends in your life, if you rate yourself and you are a 3, ultimately you want to be a 5, who do your surround yourself with, 1 and 2’s if so they are more likely to bring you down to their level than you are to bring them up to your level . Surround yourself with giants not dwarfs.

As you begin to implement your plan make sure you work with others you trust and others that share your vision and your dream. And absolutely never ever give up!

There are so many examples on this, but here’s one for you.

Micheal Jordan is arguably the best ever basketball player there ever has been. But at high school Michael was cut from his basketball team, his father never really thought much about Michael's passion for basketball, he didn't share that dream, as a matter of fact he told him that he was going to be a failure at it, they needed to work on cars together to learn a trade., to learn something that he could do with his hands. His father knew basketball might be fun, but he was never going to make a living at it, it was never going to provide his family with it.

Well Michael never excepted that, and had no interest on working on vehicles, as much as he idolised and loved his father, and he certainly pick up his fathers great work ethic,  Michael had a real advantage that was a very special one, potential, and someone that saw that potential in him was the high school basketball coach who actually cut him from the team. But he still saw the talent and saw the potential, and one day he came by spoke to Michael's father and Michael and said:

“Hey listen, I see some potential in this boy, he didn't make the team, but i am willing to come by every morning before school, pick him up, take him to the gym, and do about a 1 to 2 hours workout, i’ll work with him personally”

An amazing gesture that his parents could not say no to. We know the rest of the story, by the time Michael was a senior he was All American, averaged around 30 points a game, got a full scholarship to North Carolina where they won a national championship....and again we know the rest of the story.
